Street Style – Converse Outfit Inspirations
After a really long time, I decided to buy a Converse! Actually, I think it’s been at least 6 years that I didn’t really used a sneaker (apart from my training shoes). I really like those ballet flats. I think they look way prettier and delicate in our feet, so going back to sneakers, was quite challenging for me.
When it started to get cold here, I had nothing to put on apart from boots, training shoes or fltas. With that, I had to buy something a bit more basic to wear daily that would warm up my feet. It was kind of complicated at first to find the perfect one. I went from shop to shop trying all the one’s they had and every time I saw myself in the mirror, I would really think I was the Big Foot. It was very strange indeed!
Finally, I ended up buying a white Converse, just the traditional model to start readapting. This sounds like a drama, right? LOL well yeah, sometimes I can be a bit dramatic too! But I have to say that today I just love them and that – finally – I don’t have to wear boots, I’m always wearing them!
I confess that I’m still seeing with which outfits it looks better and, to get inspired I made a gallery on Pinterest! You’ll find a bit of many styles, but all with white shoes. We still don’t have a proper spring going on as winter seems not want to leave and the weather doesn’t decide! So I went with a bit for each season!
I have also seen many people using the high top one during winter here. I even thought of buying it too because it would help to warm up my ankles when using leggings. However, I thought I would rather stick to the regular one for now! As I’m not tall (I have 1,66m) I always think that using them would make me look shorter. Yet, I’ve seen some outfits with it that I really liked and after using similar style of boots during all winter, I kind of got used to it!
Anyway, I hope you like the Converse outfit inspirations I’ve chosen!
